i have seen that people get stuck in ranks becaus of speed related issues. that's why i PROPOSE THAT the lenght of a contest should be suited for one's skill

FOR EXAMPLE newbies get 2 hour more for contests, pupils get 1 hour 40 minutes more, etc.

SPEED NOT big a factor into a contest where the GOAL is to SOLVE MORE PROBLEMS.

contest length needs to be allowed for more FAIR and BETTER contests
