Why no Div.4?

Hello!
Why is there such a delay in div 4 contest.
The last contest was on November 21.
i am waiting to get my plus.
But at last these cruel people had some mercy and made Div.3 and still Div.4 is 9 days late.
I request that there should be at least 1 Div.4 contest every week.

There should be harder contests more than easier ones.

div.4s are too easy and a waste of time
