It's a known issue, CF search doesn't show blogs anymore.
Then, how to explain this? It should be deleted.
What's more, I typed
andrew stankevich contests(the example) and also found nothing.It used to work before, doesn't work anymore. People wrote blogs on this too, but I don't think CF fixed this issue yet.
When I want to search inside codeforces blogs I usually put "site:codeforces.com " at the beginning of the Google search. In your case I would search on Google something like:
site:codeforces.com Round 822
