I don't mean setting a rating limit like only pupil or higher people can post a blog or send talk . That's discrimination.

But asking who writes comments to participate in at least one Codeforces contest is proper , even they get WA on A and don't pass any problem.

I'm just sad to see many spams and disrespectful comments due to many causes. People want to make spoofs but don't want to get downvoted, so they create another account. Most of them are children under 14. I hope this can help to increase the time cost of it.

No kid would create an account ,wait for another contest, just to look funny in public , I think.

I would think having an account age limit is better. Users must have registered for at least 7 days before they can post blogs or comments.

One can always create hundreds of accounts and shitpost as long as they want until their horde of accounts gets banned. And when only 10 are left create hundreds more.

i agree with your points (except the last statement) though idk if this will do anything. It’s not too hard to just submit a compile error when a contest happens and move on.

Most trolls i’ve seen are even newbie, and it doesn’t seem like they’re too ashamed of their own rating lol.

It can be bypassed, but making them wait a certain amount of time is better than now I think. It's not possible to block every lunatic.

I think we can even say, that they have to solve at least one problem.

Yes, it's not hard to do any submissions , the important part is the waiting time.

Such thing can be done easily with intention , but hours of time can calm the kids done and turn to other more interesting things.

I totally agree with your suggestion. Actually, I don't know why this is not implemented until now...

I don't think that its a good idea, since it will give another reason to make a new account and participate in contests. One might not do wrong submissions and perform at the contest as they usually do and It will be bad for other people. Say a Master makes a new account and participate in div2 and get in top 100. It will effect people like me. It might even promote Narcissism.

Edit 1 : I really hate those people who come and dislike without any reason, I mean if there is a reason then you should be saying it in the reply.

Ok, here is the reason: The proposed measure is not intended to fight alt accounts, it is intended to reduce spam blogs and comments, which are (supposedly) done not by people doing competitive programming. Thus your comment misses the point completely and ridiculously.

Yes, you are right, after reading the blog again I think what I wrote does not make much sense. Thanks for replying, otherwise I would have hated the whole community, lol.

True, but unfortunately I did not present a good thing on which he had been glad or something. But I got educated, so its not so bad.
