I also experienced a similar situation: when I clicked on a topic, the bottom right corner of the page popped up with "Can't send statement".
Same here.
System: Ubuntu 20, Chrome. To Reproduce: Open codeforces.com Click "PROBLEMSET" Click the first problem title. It would not enter the problem. Instead, there will be a "can't send statement" error pop up on the lower corner, and a redirect will then happen, which redirect to the same page.
This looks pretty much like a database retrieval problem, without further info.
