I know this is off topic, but I would like to know that at what time everybody wakes up in the morning. I had read that waking early morning gives a headstart to a productive day.

Kindly do comment so that the community can know everyone's waking time.

Thank You.

From my past experience in high school, I used to wake up at sunrise this really makes you feel like the day is so long that you can do whatever you want and you will still have time for anything, also hitting the gym or doing sports firstly at the morning then starting work boosts productivity.

Yes, wake up before sunrise makes feel the day is long and increases productivity, but I am struggling to do so, can you give some tips to rise early.

sure, go to sleep at your normal sleep time and then wake up at sunrise, i know it will be a painful day but you can make this in a day where you got nothing much important to do then at that day you will be dizzy all day go to sleep before sunrise for about 6 — 8 hours and then try to stick to your sleeping habit this is really the hardest part. but i am sure you can make it!

Productivity based on waking time varies from person to person. For some they might be more productive at late night, for others maybe at early morning. As for your question, I wake up around 7 to 8 am and sleep at around 12 or 1

My sleep cycle literally cycles over the period of 10-12 days.

It initially starts off like a regular persons: I wake up at 7-8 AM and sleep at around 12 AM,

Then I start incrementing the time at which I go to sleep by 1-2 hours everyday until I reach the point where I sleep at 11-12 AM and wake up at 7 PM. At this point, I feel pretty retarded, so I decide its time to hit the reset button. I skip sleeping that "day", stay awake for about 30 hours, and then go to sleep the next day at about 12 PM like a regular human being.

The time you go to bed is important for waking up. I wake up at 6.30-7 AM and go to bed at 10 PM
