Because ratings are rolled-back for re-calculating ranks and performance (already cheaters removed). And whenever rating is rolled-back , this bug happens and the peak point on the top left corner of the graph is ur rating before the roll-back (if u participated in a rolled back round in ur case (last div 1 + 2))
Some related blogs, since this isn't the first time this happened. It seems to only affect users whose highest rating was achieved in a rolled back contest.

Something I noticed while this bug was active was that my displayed rating was still my rating before the rollback, but my rating graph didn't have the rolled back contest, so perhaps this only surfaces during a rollback process.
