MikeMirzayanov, please consider getting his submissions skipped and him banned he definitely cheated as I deobfuscated some of his code.

10:30 AM (GMT+7) 8/8/2023 UPD: here's one of his codes that I deobfuscated (217799380) and the online solution.

3:20 PM (GMT+7) 8/9/2023 UPD: I deobfuscated another code here (217980595) and compared it with both the online solution and Hoka_4bkat's code that I deobfuscated (217799380) and yes, they are 100% the same.

11:35 PM (GMT+7) 8/13/2023 UPD: got him

Also, please also consider getting Omar_Farook's submissions skipped he has been doing the same technique a lot

While he should definitely get banned. I would advise you to improve yourself rather than finding cheaters. You cant fight it, leave it. After some rating cheaters won't make difference to you, almost all of them are pupil/specialist suckers.
