It is a good resource for practicing different topics, but it is not up-to-date with the latest Codeforces meta.

      yes it will be helpful, all you need to do is practice, checking others solutions, get a wider knowledge.

      I can recommend a useful road map such as this one.

      and one day you will go further than pupil, just practice more and enjoy your journey!

      there is not really a roadmap to become pupil as you don't need to know something really special , you have to be able to solve A and B sometimes C's.Practically B's dont really have something special to them sometimes its a formula , sometimes its just some simple calculations ( last contest it was some formulas ( but the text was really badly written ) ).You should practice B and C's from other contests.

          you should know things like binary search , two pointers , dfs is kinda necesary sometimes , and some dp

imo, the sheet is really nice. i used to do it regularly when i was new, learnt a lot from it
