Which topics that I have to master in order to become a pupil? And from which difficulty level problems that I have to do? Is it good to do problems from 1300-1600?

i think speed + (DP , BINARY SEARCH)

with Fast A,B and sometimes C you can get pupil

and Fast A,B,C for Nice specialist

Try to solve first problems of rating 1200-1400 and try to code fast because speed matters in any contest. And also solve minimum 4 to 5 problems of rating 800-900 in a day. It will help you to improve your speed.
