I think MikeMirzayanov should ban them and recaculate the rating.

Codeforces should really add a report option adjacent to each profile. The number of cheaters on this site is very disheartening for actual serious participants.
I have been seeing this person Abhirup2002 cheating and obfuscating codes for a long while. In most of his contests he has used unnecessary variables and pieces of codes just to not get plagged. For example, check these submissions: 238040717, 237795501.
I'm absolutely agree with you. I just can't stand cheaters.
