ok codeforces… traktor cringe, ban him, errorgron is good coord. please save him

you know errorgorn it’s the person, who deleted good problem (thinked is WELL-KNOWN 1986 IMO probem), but added codeforces H problem, that you can google in one request And……… Traktor: i’m sorry I trusted Errorgorn, pls forgive me Codeforces community: Criiinge bad coord baaaad

traktor is good, you know? ok problem G……… Not really big problem It’s the only one problem that traktor introduced in this round

Stop pooping him, do you have yeys, dudes?

I DON’T REALLY KNOW HOW COORDINATOR CAN PREVENT PROBLEM WITH MATH PROBLEM, 90% DEFENITIONS IN WHICH HE HEARS FOR THE FIRST TIME. AND THIS PROBLEM ADDED TO THE CONTEST BY ERRORGORN, GOOD COORDINATOR, WHOM WE LOVE AND TRUST.

HE IS NOT SUCH A BAD GUY YOU ARE ALL TALKING. HE DID EVERYTHING HE COLUD. STOP SAYING SHIT. Round rated? NOT HIM PROBLEM. It’s Mike’s decision.

Don’t you see? THE ONLY 74’s Mistake is problem G, but IT'S NOT SUCH A BIG PROBLEM THAT YOU'RE ALL TALKING.

i’m disappointed in you. traktor tried his best to have a good round for you. and he gived it to you. you’re all hate him, you're breaking his heart. the whole smelly community humiliates him when he is one of the few people here who loves his job and does it super well. none of you smart guys would dare to Google task H without understanding what is written in it. all of you trust errorgorn, and so does he. i just don't have the words. you kill a person's desire to do something good for you when he is almost innocent of anything, and then ask why there are no people left who do the rounds well. Shut up and apologize to him. He didn't deserve any of this. BUT YOU. YOU LIKE ERRORGORN'S POST, WHERE HE WRITES THAT HE SHITS HIMSELF AND IS TO BLAME FOR THE TRACTOR. AND THE POST WHERE THE TRACTOR TOOK ALL THE BLAME ON ITSELF, YOU DROWN IN DISLIKES. GOOD LUCK, CODEFORCES! NOTHING GOOD AWAITS YOUR PLAYGROUND, BECAUSE YOU WILL BITE TO KILL ANYONE WHO COMES UNDER YOUR HAND, JUST TO BLAME HIM.

I'm unsubscribing to hell.

train, endure, and rot in hell. you deserve what is happening with codeforces right now. do you want changes? change yourself. start with an apology.

Damning PinkieRabbit, be the first. Let's apologize to your stupid comment about traktor, and accept that it's errorgorn's fault. I am ashamed for you and for the fact that most of the codeforces community agrees with you. You're hurting a person. You don't deserve to have rounds prepared for you.

I'm not sure where you got that I was the one who deleted this problem. I do not do MO so I probably would have happily accepted this problem as well in a round that I coordinate and in the same way told by other testers that this problem already exists. I actually never saw this problem as KAN only asked me to add H after it was deleted. I'll maybe make this more clear in my blog is many other have this same impression. The problem that I thought was appeared in APIO 2021 in which I participated and therefore I was aware it, I did not really go out of my way to search for it.

Also, I also disagree with everyone shitting on traktor. Yes, goodbye 2023 was not super good even after one removes H (and his previous rounds have flaws which of course everyone will use ad-hominem). But I still believe the main product of the flaws of the rounds (which was the main thesis of my blog) come from a lack of coordinators and therefore making goodbye to be rushed. I cannot speak for traktor but I'm sure he does not want such forced deadlines as well.

I hope that the community can understand that no coordinator purposely wants to give a shit round to the community.

Shall I repost a seemingly ironic comment here?

Fun (or not fun for the blogposter) fact: The user with the 4-th lowest contribution...

Anadi, is the author of Round 880...

(click on the image for clarity)

The guy produced a lot of good rounds, including the most successful Good Bye—the Good Bye 2020, with +1604 upvotes (trust me, I did the math, no other Good Bye’s surpassed that).

And the impact of bad coordinators on him still persists.

Now guess which was the most unsuccessful Good Bye?

And in this comment, I’m not saying these words out of nowhere. Some Chinese problemsetters cooperated with Traktor before complained these in the community and everybody listened. Also check this blog.

Either Traktor:

  • is not even caring about the feedbacks from the testers and problemsetters
(as ko_osaga mentioned, “A problemsetter should provide an argument for and against their problem in their best effort, so that the coordinator can judge more problems in a limited time and knowledge”, but how do we do when the coordinator do not even care?), or
  • he’s a deadline rusher (just like me tho).

Both cases show that he needs to at least learn more how to coordinate, or simply quit, if it’s too hard or he just can’t rectify it.

Bro, the arguments are good. I didn't like the problem, but I got ignored((((( Tractor didn't realize that the task where not a single word is understandable is well-known, although another team of professionals worked on it (((((. I did not understand what is written in the task F(((( Probably people who can solve 2800 problems necessarily need explanation of simple little things as in D2A((((. I helped to understand that G is the base(((( but for some reason Tractor is to blame again.

To summarize, the tractor messed up messed up messed up messed up messed up(((

Where do you see a lack of attention from 74? If you didn't like a non-basic task, he had to delete it? If you couldn't read the condition of the 2800 problem, is he obliged to nail the whole legend, leaving the meaningful part of the problem in the last 2 sentences? Or he had to figure out the solution to problem H and then by some miracle find it on the internet?

My main point is that you don't understand the problem at all (you say "I'm not saying these words out of nowhere", yep, yep, yep), you're talking about something you have no idea about.

Brooooo, the main complaint about the round is task H, but in your comment you ask the tractor to stop making rounds, and you beg the person who gave this task to make more rounds for you.

Bro, you didn't even know who did this task and how it got to the round, but you're already blaming 1 particular person for everything. You're shitting yourself, and specifically. When I read your comp the first time, I laughed because you made the fatal mistake of comparing 74 to errorgorn. And all this because you only want to find a scapegoat and blame the universal problems on him, appealing with absolutely stupid arguments, instead of actually understanding the problem.

I understand that you are his friend, but a bad round is a bad round. After solving D with ChatGPT I was already thinking WTF, and spending sometime myself on H (based on very fast solve) instead of asking OEIS was also a bad experience.

As the main coordinator, track should take responsibility on all issues of the round. This is also not a coincidence, as he has a tendency to make bad rounds.

I sometimes don't understand why trak and his friends have a tendency to deflect responsibility so much, as evidenced in his appeal (?) and this post. Perhaps that is why he keeps making bad rounds.

Please, stop deflecting and blaming others. Surely a bad round has many reasons and people to blame, but the sooner you all learn to accept the blame and find ways to improve, the better we can all become.

By the way, maybe we can all learn from errorgon, as he obviously is better at taking the blame than all of us. :)
