Sometimes understanding is not immediate. If you can't understand the editorial after a long time then just leave the problem for a while. Keep going back to it from time to time.. hard or new concepts takes time to internalize

Try to dry run the editorial algorithm on Sample cases you have been given. It would take long time, Be patient and Dry run completely.

Even after that if you don't understand, Leave it for a while. Come again when you are experienced enough around that Rating.

Ps: Trying to understand through blog editorials >>>> Video editorials. Be proud that you are not trying to get spoon-fed. Don't give up.
