Why I got "ERROR while submitting: Error occurred while trying to copy TEXT or BYTE data." when I submit my code for a problem on TopCoder? ;(

I paste my code to the "Coding Area", then press "Compile", then press "Submit", then press "Yes", then i got "ERROR while submitting: Error occurred while trying to copy TEXT or BYTE data." :/

I tried to submit on vjudge, but i got "Pending" for a long time. a few minutes later, it shows "Submit Failed". :\

So does TopCoder working normally? How can i submit my code successfully? Thanks very much :P
