Hi Codeforces!!!

My intentions aren't wasting anyone's time, but I had a question from you friends.

I have a problem. When I practice, and keep my strike by solving different problems, my contest just simply get worst (rating--). But when I just forget about codeforces, and just come to my account after days, my contest results become brilliant (rating++).

Shortly, when I practice, my rating goes down and when I don't, it makes high jumps.

I wanted to ask that does it happen only to me or are there other people also???

And if anybody knows, please tell me it's reason.

(And BTW this is my alt cause of the vote matter).
