What is happenning? Why everyone's rating decreased like this?

Rollback, more like roleback.

It happens sometimes if some of your accepted solutions during the contest get WA after they are tested against the main test cases. Your solution might have been hacked as well. So do not worry

    That's note the same case. Rating changes after the contetst and after plagcheck are not the same thing.
