SOMETHING WRONG ABOUT THE RATING CHANGES

Inspite of no recent roll back my rating got decreased by 40 and saw many new accounts getting massive spike in their ratings. Please @MikeMirzayanov look it into it as it demotivates to continue CP after such mistakes from your end.

I think this is how did the bug worked. For my (a new account) second round:

  • Normal:
rating(actual) rating(shown) rating(the system used to calculate the delta) delta(the system wanted) delta(actual) delta(shown) New rating(actual) New rating(shown)
