Where do the top competitive coders go to work ?

Osijek Competitive Programming Camp, Fall 2024 is sponsored by companies like jane street, pinely which are trading firms. Is it because this is where the top competitive coders go ? I know that petr and lot of competitive coders work in Google, Are there any other good companies ?
