Recently at the AtCoder World Tour Finals tourist shared his latest optimal contest strategy development — the so-called "never submit" strategy: an improvement over the "late submit" strategy. You can learn more about it in the following clip from the stream:

Well I almost follow the same strategy.

I submit a WA first and then never submit. That works for me.

I watched this live. We including commentators were wondering when he is going to submit and after submitting WA at E, he came to confession room and revealed this strategy. Everyone was shocked. Pretty funny experience.
