So now solving three problems in a div 2 round is not enough to gain positive rating for a pupil like me. Maybe after cheaters get skipped something might happen.

no, b was almost like c. You just needed to solve a little faster

Even if you solve slowly, but solving 3 problems in div2 should be enough to guarantee atleast +20 for a newbie/pupil

b and c were trivial, it was speedforces for div 3 people basically

Because Educational rounds are not supposed to be rated for Div. 1 participants, many 2100+ people tend to just casually solve what they want to solve and leave whenever they want. For example, one can just try to solve the hardest problem and don't care about the other problems, or just quit after solving a few problems because the next problem is not appealing to them. These people are ranked very very low in the standings, and therefore they'll lose a huge amount of rating if it is rated. Since CF's rating system is nearly a zero-sum game, ratings lost by some people means ratings gained for some other people. Since after this rollback they 'gained' what was mistakenly stolen before, official particiants will generally 'lose' some ratings.

yeah, but I don't think there are more then 20 such people that are 2100+ solved only the last few(or 1) problems.

Well, but if you see how much rating they lost when it happened...
