Please ban people who cheat for too many times

This idea has came out lots of times but still sadly no changes has been made. So I'm confused and decided to make a blog about it.

i said it once i'll say it again , make CF a desktop app and consider hardware bans , spoofing hardware bans is so hard and rarely people are able to do it for free also most of them are scams which will make cheaters think twice

Edit : iam not saying cf should only be an app just saying considering the idea of making it impossible to participate in contests without the app

Maybe a silly idea but how about adding a badge to caught profiles which says "Cheater". Like in tourist's profile we have "Ten Years" badge.
