I am sorry, i dont get it? Like the system tests are over and everyone got their rating so what updates are remaining?
Codeforces will revert back ratings for the last few rounds for all users and then update it again and the users who got their solutions skipped will not get their delta after the revert

Yes, not only that but in that period of time there would be additional checkups, so even if your solutions weren’t skipped you still can get a decrease in rating.
