Div 4 Poor Performace

I have noticed that almost every Div 4 queue is terrifying and round 971 was extreme, so I wondered if Div 4 registration could be limited to ease on codeforces servers

it's just my thoughts and I wanted to know if this is possible or acceptable

    i've been surprised when I saw this

    that's why I've wondered if Mike could limit the registration of the rounds

Three solutions:

  1. Mike upgrades the server codeforces is on so that it doesn't crash

  2. Make more mirror websites (Even m1, m2, and m3 were really laggy during the contest)

  3. Limit registration to 20k or so people

    Or just limit the number of 1400+ rated users to participate in the contest

      they are not so many the number of Out of competition were 4388 so even this won't affect that much

I hope Codeforces performance would be improved. I am very curious about the fact that other contestants solved problems very quickly under the worst situation. I think Codeforces need more servers to judge solutions and distributed judging system.

It's so unfair, Why do people from Div 1-3 get ratings and people from Div 4 don't cause of the (terrible) performance
