$$$2$$$ — A maximum number of contestants can be set in this round to avoid problems such as slowness of the site due to the large number of interactions with providing solutions, and also because the site does not open with some contestants!!

$$$3$$$ — The last and best solution is to prevent contestants higher than 1400 points from participating directly during the basic time of the round. I see that this solution is effective, as what is the benefit of having a Grand Master or Candidate Master in a round like Div4, and in the first place, sometimes the number of contestants with more than 1400 points is huge. This issue must be reconsidered
