Hello, Codeforces!

We start a new educational project: JetBrains Youth Coding Club.

In this club I will focus not on algorithms, but on real contest problem solving.

The plan is simple:

  • Every week I will prepare a mashup contest from old Codeforces problems.
  • You can solve it as a virtual contest at any time during the week.
  • In the end of the week we will discuss the solutions and approaches.

I think I will mostly focus on div. 3 problems, but maybe will extend it to div. 2 (or even div. 1, who knows).

The first contest will start next week. If you are interested, register here. See you!

P.S. We also start Math Club and AI Club!

Is it for students only? What if I lack math skills and want to participate in the Math Club?

You can register for the Math Club and participate at least in the Fall 2024 semester as well.

We will discuss the Spring 2025 semester additionally. For now, it is planned only for school students.

Nice initiative. Would appreciate something like this for lower rated college students too. If something like this already exits, please let us know in this comments reply. I am sure a lot of people would like that.
