It's been a long time and it seems like they have completely forgotten that they need to rollback and recalculate ratings after plag check.Its been a month.

True that. Just checked a past contest and the amount of cheaters going unescaped is crazy !!. Just checked the submissions for 2032D - Генокракен from the Codeforces Round 983 (Div 2) and there are so many submissions that are extremely similar and have used pointless functions and increments to escape the future plagiarism and even exact same solutions have not been caught. These guys have such huge rating changes after solving this problem as it was prolly difficult and are enjoying being Specialists and Experts while the honest ones are losing out and getting their ratings dropped as a massive crowd solved D by cheating. Just a few submissions I was able to point out just by looking at a random page in the standings are: 289282811, 289272432, 289267152, 289278229 (This guy 47ush even became expert by constant cheating), 289284027, 289273732, 289262840, 289284550. These too I found just by looking at one random page in the standings to just see why so many pupils and newbies are performing better than even genuine experts. If you sit and collect all the submissions God knows to what extent the cheating must have been. It's crazy to see how unrewarding honesty is. These users should be permanently banned!

    Sadly, he is from my college and is one year junior to me. I recently talked to him, but he showed no remorse for his actions and even proudly posts about it on LinkedIn. At our college, there isn't much competition, yet he still chose to cheat. I don't understand why. It's really disheartening because others feel demotivated when they see someone surpassing them so easily just by using Telegram.
