It can be proved that those accounts are both 1437vszombies

Many of this accounts are Candidates Masters+, Some of this are even Grandmaster. Codeforces ARE RUINED BY these users. The honest people are losing there ratings BECAUSE OF THIS SURE-TO-BE-ABUSE-BEHAVIOR. It significantly violates the rule :

  • will not use multiple accounts and will take part in the contest using your personal and the single account.

MikeMirzayanov TheScrasse KAN Please ban him.

(P.S. This man register his alt using 10-minute-email, with the same email domain.)

一天，tzl_Dedicatus545 打电话对 1437vszombies 说：“你敢不敢和我举行 CF duel 大战”1437vszombies 豪爽的答应了：“我怎么不当然敢”，周四下午在xx路xx机房举行，谁不来谁就是怂货。

tzl_Dedicatus545 原本以为恐吓了 1437vszombies，1437vszombies 应该躲在家，不敢找他，可正当这时，tzl_Dedicatus545 听见了音乐声，原来是手机响了，一看，竟然是 1437vszombies 打来的电话，他还真有勇气，随后 tzl_Dedicatus545 接通了电话，听道电话那头骂道：“小废物，你怎么么还不来，再不来你今年就进不了队了。”tzl_Dedicatus545 听到了 1437vszombies 的毒骂之后，回骂道：“我要把你所有的小号都挂到 CF 上，帮 MikeMirzayanov 炒作一番，你看好不好啊？”

1437vszombies 吓得没再回应 tzl_Dedicatus545 ，可是到了周四，1437vszombies 竟然又给 tzl_Dedicatus545 打电话了，还真要和 tzl_Dedicatus545 举行碰碰车大战，于是 tzl_Dedicatus545 按照约定，到达了xx机房，可1437vszombies 等 tzl_Dedicatus545 已经等很久了。

第一回合，tzl_Dedicatus545 占尽上风，1437vszombies 比不过他，到了第六个 submission，1437vszombies 就主动认输了了。

第二局，1437vszombies 开始占上风，tzl_Dedicatus545 也不甘势弱，他俩僵持了一百多个 submission，tzl_Dedicatus545 因为轻敌，被 1437vszombies 击败了。

从那时开始，tzl_Dedicatus545 就不轻敌了，认真研究 1437vszombies 的套路，于是 tzl_Dedicatus545 总结出了一套种方案。

第二天，他俩举行第三局，1437vszombies 使用祖传方案，对 tzl_Dedicatus545 发动猛烈的攻击，他俩势均力敌，平分秋色，他俩比了3个多小时，也没分出胜负。

后来，1437vszombies 不知不觉的睡着了，tzl_Dedicatus545 趁着这个好机会，冲向他点电脑，打（物理）的 1437vszombies 一直还手，关了电脑，对 1437vszombies 的打击比 CF 小号全被 banned 还大。

i had registered an account two years ago, and i never used it for a single contest. i barely used the luogu remote judge to submit problems. will i be banned for having multiple accounts? (i have already forgotten that password, sadly)

He's not using these accounts to participate in contests anymore (except one, but according to his performance he's not trying to ruin the standings, hope that he'll not make any participations anymore), and that's exactly what we should do if we had alts before. What's wrong with that?
