I am not getting the option to register as rated or unrated; I am automatically getting registered as rated. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something I am missing?

      Oh yeah thanks for pointing it out last time I participated in ARC I was able to participate as rated so I thought all ARC are same Like code forces Div W
