Hello codeforces fella!
I hope you guys can give me some suggestions.
I am second year CS student in Indonesia. I have wasted lots of my time practicing algorithm in various online judges. I really enjoy doing it, but i don't think competitive programming will give me a job in the future (CMIIW).
Now the question is, is it worth doing it? Or should I just learn something that can give me a job like Web Design etc ?
just keep practicing u will get job in IT gaint like google,microsoft.amazon.........
One can get a job in IT giant without IT skills. There are managers, mop-operators, recruiters etc.
Main question is whether you like it. You should not care of your job. You should care of your happiness. My colleague spent 6 years learning programming because he was told so by his parents though he himself wanted to be an architect or woodcraftsman.
