Hello everyone,

I am typical programmer in Codeforces. Aside from problem solving, I also like to work at small-to-medium size projects.

My current rating is 977 and I would like to improve my rating. I've been solving problems for 3 years now. Does making projects decrease the capability to solve problems?

Though I will say in this year I haven't given much time to solving problems due to exams.

I have searched the internet and most recommend solving more and more problems. But most don't provide any specific "pattern" to solve the problmes. Should I just go to Problem Set and try to solve a random problem between 900-1200?

It would be really helpful if anyone can provide a some guidelines.

Thanks. Regards, Mubin Muhammad
