There is simply no way in hell that someone names variables like this: "fixed_border_count", "fixed_border_sum". I mean any normal person would name them like "fixed_cnt", "fixed_sum" or at least get rid of the word "border" since almost every variable has "border" in its name and he isn't working with anything other than border.
But of course, we all know that our favourite coder, ChatGPT loves to make variable names with $$$50$$$ characters.

It got Compilation Error in a problem where you have to print the number of operations and print the operations itself, each defined by $$$2$$$ integers.
And with his Python code being $$$96$$$ lines long, I can't imagine someone not compiling their code in the given test cases at least.
But I think he doesn't even have an IDE to run his code. Because who would not run their code before submitting it in a live contest with even specialists saying that the problem has a very hard implementation? He must have felt the need to run his code if he actually read the problem and not put it in a GPT prompt

Why do you think that?
I think it's because you stopped for 2y and then somehow ranked 356 on a div2, but it could be for other reasons other than cheating.
I never really did codeforces, but over the past 5 years I've done a lot of ICPC style contests, with (reasonably) good results. My ICPC teammate convinced me to do more CF, and I enjoy it a lot : )
I'm more impressed you can reach Master level with python. Pypy has come a long way...
