In today's contest ,I think around 40 of the top 100 were newbies or unrated people, it seems like the new generation of CP programmers are very talented! I'm just not sure, if it's because of their skills or the AI!?

One of my competitive programming friend, maruf004, is just 3 rating away from becoming a pupil. Many cheaters ruined the last Div. 2 contest, disappointing honest programmers. Please take action against them.

On the bright side, there are less than $$$150$$$ blatant AI cheaters out of $$$14\,000$$$ participants.

150 is too much to hinder me getting to Master.

Probably a good portion of them will be removed due to the rating rollbacks. But I think you can still reach it without rollbacks because $$$150$$$ really isn't that much, and not all of them got such good ranks. But maybe it's because not many people were aware that it could solve F. I think that cf is mostly honest participants, though, so I doubt the number of AI cheaters would really increase if everyone knew.
