I am a seventh-grade OIer from China. My mother doesn't allow me to stay up late, so I must go to bed before 22:00(UTC+8). However, most of the contests in Codeforces begin at 22:35(UTC+8), so I can only take part in few contests. As you can see, I have only taken part in 5 contests.
The people in China are having Labour Day holiday from May 1st to 5th. The contest on May 3rd will begin in the afternoon. It is really a great time for us to take part in the contest. But it was cancelled. There are 26701 Chinese OIers on this platform. That isn't a small number. They really need this contest.
After all, Please return the contest on May 3rd to us!!

Bro's only in seventh grade and already mogs me 5x in intelligence, wtf...
Perhaps because CF wanted the 1024th round to be Div1+Div2, they deleted one round. But why not delete another one? I hope the round on May 3rd can come back.
Exaclty
there is no meaning to it if cf deletes contest which are on holiday.
lol we cant participate in working days
Someone ask the creators of it... they were the same guys that made 1021 div2.That round got a lot of hate and may have made the writers to quit
It's not only terrible for Chinese users, also for some other countries(such as New Zealand, the normal start time of Codeforces Round is at 2:35 am). I don't know if it's because it's on a holiday of China, but there are some people really want it back.
I'm in exactly the same situation as he.
It's true,We are also have holiday on 3rd may and perfect time for the contest.Give it back !!
I think the authors withdraw the contest due to the awful response of their last contest. Given the fact that they were also scheduled at 0835Z, it can be assumed that the cancelled round was also based on some onsite contest, perhaps the same contest. If their problems are still from the same contest, it is reasonable for them to withdraw the round.
Not all of $$$26,701$$$ Chinese OIers, or users are in the same situation as you. If you do need to exercise, you have $$$114,514$$$ ways to practice besides taking part in a rated contest. Don't value your rating so much, and consider how to win CSP or NOIP more.
