Personal Text : I tried to make the set as interesting as possible. I hope everyone will enjoy the contest. Last time (and first time) I made cook off, the whole set was solved in 76 minutes (No prizes for guessing who it was). This set should be more challenging and enjoyable!

It promises to deliver on an interesting set of algorithmic problems with something for all.
The contest is open for all and those, who are interested, are requested to have a CodeChef userid, in order to participate.
It coincides with bayan elimination round.
Yes. I spoke with both organizers regarding any possible change. Sadly, both of them disagreed to change their contest timings.
Too bad. I recall this happened once previously and the reason they gave was that for the past year or so, the cook off has happened on the exact same time each third Sunday of the month and they do not want to change that.
I guess it's kind of understandable in this season. There are a gajillion ACM contests happening during weekends (this Saturday is the Czech+Slovak subregional for me, this Friday is a similar Slovak subregional-alike), so if Bayan wants to organise their Elimination round during a weekend, then the chances of not colliding with anything are very low. And I hope Codechef, sticking to the fixed schedule, accepts both its advantages and disadvantages (there will probably be very few top participants in this Cook-Off).
I am extremely sorry to say that we wont be able to change the schedule. We have been hosting our monthly CookOff's on the second last Sunday of every month at the same time since last 50 months without an exception. When we chose this slot for the CookOff, we took extreme care to choose a slot which does not conflict with any other existing contest and also a time, which is suitable to most of the countries. It is hard to find another slot these days.
We have tried to bring in this predictability about the CookOff, as we believe that it provides a great amount of flexibility to the programmers to plan their schedule as well as other contest organisers to plan theirs. And this CookOff is extra special due to it being held during the ICPC season. The top performers from India get their travel expenses to the onsite regionals reimbursed.
The issue of clash is extremely unfortunate and was brought to our notice by the problem setter. I believe he has the highest stake in having a good crowd for his problem set, on which he has worked so hard. At his behest we have also requested the other contest organisers to change their schedule. Unfortunately they have refused to do so.
Coming to this CookOff, this set is special and will have some great problems from one of the finest programmers from India, Anudeep. We are confident that the problem set will be great. We honestly did not want any clashes to happen but unfortunately it is how that they chose to do it.
We hope you will take part in the contest that is dear to you and we also hope that you will enjoy it, no matter which one you take. We feel sorry that the contestants will have to chose between the two. This could have been and should have been avoided.
Nice problems, Anudeep!
Why was the contest extended for ten minutes?
Thank you. Submit button did not work for one problem for about 10 minutes.
I got several wrong answers just because forgot "0 is good" and could not notice this until end. :(
Same problem. I believe most WAs were caused by this case.
Most solutions failed on that case.
Wondering if CodeChef is going to send three T-shirts to Korean guys, since they do not prohibit team participation.
The sarcasm is strong with this post...
When will you stop it?
