Hello Codeforces! EGOI 2025 is soon, and this year it will be held in Bonn, Germany. As I have not seen any EGOI team blog so far, I decided to write one myself.

Here's Azerbaijani team:

UPD: I changed avg. rating to avg. max rating. Unrated participants aren't considered when calculating the ratio. For example, if there are two unrated participants out of four in one team, the sum of all ratings is being divided by two, not four.

        Since there's no international counterpart of the competition, it makes sense to invite teams from outside Europe. However, since having more teams means a higher budget, the core of the event remains European to lessen the pressure of organizing for potential hosts. In particular, the annual hosts have the option of inviting more or fewer non-European teams based on the funding they have.

        Also, the only official teams are from Europe, meaning they determine the medal score cutoffs.

        Well it's an open tournament so guests countries are welcome ! So basically u have the main countries which are the european ones + Guests (can be any depending on the tournament rules)
