Hello, Codeforces!
I've just participated in the contest yesterday Codeforces Round 1030 (Div. 2) and gained 200 more rating! Thus, I became Specialist at 1593. However, my aim is to become Expert at the end of this summer at last.
But it's not that easy. Before, I also became Specialist at about 1500, but 2 contests after that, I CHOKED, LITERALLY CHOKED — that's why I lost quite lots of rating...
Hope that this time, I won't choke anymore and get to Expert. I'm just quite afraid of choking again, so I think I should try hard, and try to solve the problem carefully (I usually choke B, I mean I can solve B, but I can't solve B easily).
Road to Expert!!!

UPD: Now I've reached Expert (after gaining 8 more rating).
Damnn dude, something similar happened to me aswell, I went till 1590 easily, but then I choked, and got -73 delta in the very next round, but hopefully I rebounded and finally reached expert yesterday, hope you do aswell.
Damn the same thing is happening with me, I am finding B tougher than C for the last 6 contests and wasting too much time on it, while the C seems pretty doable, yesterday also i solved C in 15 minutes while I was unable to solve B. Any particular reason why this is happening?
I thought last contest B was harder than D1/D2 lol it took so long to finally think of the solution

To improve, start by solving around ten 800-rated questions. Once you're comfortable with those, move on to 900-rated questions, and continue this process with higher ratings. You can follow some famous problem-sets like "Acodedaily ladder" Link or "CP-31 Sheet by TLE" Link
After you feel comfortable with 800-900 rated questions, begin learning specific topics such as Binary Search, Prefix Sum, Difference Arrays, and Bit Manipulation.
Also learn about the Standard Template Library (STL) in C++. Focus on commonly used containers like vector, map, and set. DONT USE CHATGPT during contest
I believe it's just the matter of time for you to reach Expert. Even if you choke, it won't matter that much, as in the long-run you will still grow.
thanks, then now I'm Expert. Today's contest I almost choke B and C. I spent nearly an hour just to solve A and B, and right before the contest ends, I got C done — fortunately I didn't choke as worried

Hmm, Codeforces was launched in 2010, how is it possible to become a specialist in 1593? I don't think we even had computers back then.
