I would say, we should remove all the cheaters from codeforces. It is not about a specific country, all countries have cheaters.
tbh, cheaters aren't of any particular race, like ik there are some Indians who do cheat, but that doesn't mean that all of them do, like they do for placements and internships, all of which is very wrong in the first place. I think so, we should remove all cheaters from this platform asap. This platform is for enjoying problems and improving our thinking capability. If someone is so much inclined towards the job purpose, then go to LeetCode don't pollute this platform.

I think updating the rules of plag would work.Ban an account as soon as it gets a contest skipped. But at the same time, give it a chance for appeal to the authorities to review whether the plag was right or not.This way, I think , we can collectively as a community abort cheating.

It is indeed unfair the fact that now, through AI, more people are cheating on CF and using it mid-contest, and there should be a way to detect this, such as monitoring the people's activity throughout a contest, such as which sites they visit or apps. I know this may sound as intruding privacy (I mean -- I listen to music myself mid contests, but that has no sort of relevance on the way I am performing in any of these. It's just a preference that some of us have.), but I think this is one of the best security measurements that you could apply in such terms. I hope to reach out to some CF admins in order to make them have this thing in their mind, and maybe, implement it. :)
people can search solutions on mobile or on some other computer and type the solution out. In couple of years online competitions will be a thing of the past. Stages of grief = denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance, some people are in denial, some are in anger phase, The sooner people realize that CF ratings are not useful any more the better.
Then, a camera system could be implemented also Let's do something so CF doesn't go down the waste, since one of my only hobbies (like, besides maths) is solving CF problems. We could implement so many solutions, we just need to TRY and reach out to the staff team:)
with right tools they can even circumvent surveillance , and processing videos is a big pain for codeforces, other than that no one wants to share their webcam.

question is what is your goal? if recruiters are shortlisting based on ratings on codeforces, you still need to continue , but rating doesn't represent correct rating because of many AI solutions on the platform. Even for the interviews you need the skill. Offline contests will still be a viable.
