lakha_luffy only got rank 23 in div2. Some thing is even more strange. Cheater PrahaladVk got rank 9 in an div2 using AI(or copy others code). This guy has been skipped one contest before but still cheating. He used 2 minutes to write a 2KB new code and 4 minutes to write a 4.5KB code in codeforces round 1030. (Haha he don't know how to test samples locally so also got many WA on pretest 1.) I can't understand why these men got a very high rank but very AI submissions aren't been skipped.

I thought codeforces had a way to find these people who use AI but they aren't doing anything. Then what's the point of even competing
