Why is Codeforces lacking div 4?

I mean it has been nearly 3 months since the last div 4. It it taking too long. While other div 1, div 2, div 3 happen way more often? Like for me it doesn't matter, because I depend on div 3's and div 2's sometimes. I understand that div 1, div 2, div 3 will always be more often, but why did the next div 4 take so much time? I really appreciate the help!

in my opinion div 4 shouldn't even exist, what's the point of more easy problems in a contest when you can solve them virtually, and div 3 is more than enough.

In current scenario, its not even feasible... People are cheating in div1/2 and not getting caught. Hell will break loose if div4 is conducted where atleast till question D, you cant claim its plagiarism due to simple logic... Moreover, its even worse when noone from headquarters (we dont take his name due to godly figure, but it rhymes with 'Sike') wants to address this or respond to appeals.
