For the first guy, I can say that the variables are just polish names for things. "mniejsza" means smaller, "wieksza" means bigger, "gdzie" means where and so on, thus I don't think it is variable obfuscation. You can see similar names in Radewoosh's code. Anyway I am not too good at detecting cheaters, so I can't say if he's actually cheating or no.
