I have seen many people talk about how to start CP or codeforces specifically,
But how does one come back after a long break?
Especially without a lot of time in the pocket. I can dedicate maybe an hour a day. I'm not looking for contests now, but how to EFFICIENTLY recover where I was, and then some more. (preferably candidate master tbh)

Bro, try to do 800* tasks, then 900*, and etc. If you have a problem in task, watch tags to task, and learn the topic.
That's not exactly efficient.. :D
But yes, that would work if I had my whole time dedicated to CF & CP.
:(((( But why? If you see the task, which you can't do, go and learn the topics in the tags
Finding such tasks just by bruteforcing through 800-900 rated questions is gonna take a while.
Also, 800-900 are too easy for me, they don't do anything.
The problem is, one isn't equally strong in every topic. And you can never be sure you didn't skip through such topic thinking "I did enough of this X rated tasks".
I would much rather have a "list" of important topics + great tasks to practice them if I want efficiency.
