Maybe bc creating contests takes a lot of time and effort, and people aren't willing to spent that with little benefits. I'm not too much into that, but what are really the benefits of creating contests for devs?

Thanks, I didn't know it. So it looks like either there are few contests in the queue (maybe an increase in reward is needed to keep updated with inflation) or there are few reviewers to process the queue.
