a question: codechef shows live rating changes during the contest but during competition time unrated people ( like > 5 stars today) are also part of the leader board
does that live rating change exclude those unrated people or it considers rating change including them.

Setters(Dominater069 and Proof_by_QED ) like , ihave made one or two good problems . lets set up a contest .
you are telling me that in DIV 4 1000 people solved Perfect Ranges and 800 people solved XOR GAME so according to these DIV 4 people, both of the problems are of similar difficulty?
and here I am having no idea how to solve xor game at all, I literally just choked on perfect ranges stuck in 2 pointers approach and due to that I got -ve delta
