What about finals? Will they be online, or do we have to come in person? If so, where?
And also, what are the qualification criteria for this round?
We can't give a clear date & format of the finals yet. If the finals will be held on-site, we will send the announcement at least three months before the event.

Hi! As the contest date approaches, we have received a great number of newly registered teams. Can't wait to see everyone compete in the competition!
In recent days, we have received some questions regarding the details of the event. Therefore, let me update a bit in this reply (Qingyu will soon update in the announcement accordingly as well).
If you already have a UCup team account, you don't have to register a new one.
We require teams that compete to advance to the UCup Finals to follow the proctoring rule. On the contrary, you can always choose to opt out of this option. However, note that you still have to follow the normal contest rules.
During the contest time, on both YouTube and Bilibili, we will run a live stream that mainly shares the scoreboard and judge queue. Feel free to watch it, no matter whether you are a participant or not. All results will be revealed in the closing ceremony live stream, please stay tuned and watch it!
One more thing to say, the YouTube and Bilibili accounts are the official accounts of the Universal Cup. We will work to add more and more content (like interviews, contest analysis, etc) in the future. Please follow us!
We are very grateful to the Codeforces platform for helping us promote the event. We are also aware that the ongoing Petrozavodsk camp also suggests teams participating in the competition. Many thanks to everyone who helps us spread the news and support us from the very beginning!
