Can't submit in Codeforces?

Can someone explain to me why people can't submit solutions on Codeforces?

When I submit a solution, Codeforces shows 'in deque', and when I check the status page, it's the same for everyone else.

All feedback is respected and appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. It's been saying "In queue" for ~30 minutes now.

Was having the same issue...You may try the mirror sites during contest, as they have very less traffic
