Are Cheaters Making Rounds A piece Of Shit?
Definitely "Yes" It is not a wonderful thing when maybe 1000 cheater go for the first~ 1000th place in a rated round
Now is codeforces System caughting cheaters? For stupid cheaters the answer is yes, but for less stupid ones (who change the variables name) the answer clearly NO!
