Hey Codeforces,
We were inspired by the Blitz Cup and would like to organize a 1v1 Cup at our university, this year, we plan to run it as a pilot edition. Our goal is make something like the Blitz Cup format, including some of its features such as the time settings.
To make this possible, we would greatly appreciate your guidance. How can we set up such a contest on Codeforces? If that isn’t possible, we’d be grateful for any suggestions or alternatives you could share to help us make this event happen.

First of all,go to the GYM section and make a mashup,ok. But, You need to prepare atleast 1 problem in Polygon.See here: https://polygon.codeforces.com/ . In that website, you can do problemsetting. Honestly, a very good tool to use. But, if you want it to be a official cf round, co-ords communication is reccommended.
Hey, I would really love to contribute problems to this contest. I also want to organise similar contest in my University , and this chance would really help me to let know the process . Let me know if you are ready with it. :)
