Is there something wrong with the most recent rating rollback?

My rating jumped from 1394 to 1540, unexpectedly.

And at me, my rating went from 1392 to 1370. Something is going wrong at rollback for sure.

I think there is something wrong because my ranking in contests got better but my rating went from 1661 to 1655. Previous ranking and current ranking.

In a recent Div 2 , some masters got a rating change instead of it being unrated.I think they rolled that back — but I'm not sure.

New users who have participated in 4-5 recent contest have seen a huge increase in their rating as compared to the rank they got in those contest .

Yes, they should do it again to fix the changes. The rollback made me an Expert — which I did want and my recent contest also went well, but that's too much. My rating before the rollback was 1444, so I think it should be corrected somehow. I don't know but it does not feel good...

I guess it may due to some div.2 rounds' perfs are mistakenly set as div.1 or div.1+2 rounds.
