Teams Going to the 2026 ICPC North America Championship

All regionals for the 2026 NAC have been completed. AFAIK there's been no word from ICPC on exact qualifications, but I've made some educated guesses. Will update when official info is released.

Please comment the codeforces handles of your university's team if you know them, and I'll add them to the list. :)

(What? Our region got 8 teams to NAC? And the MIT region got 6? I don't think it is possible for our division to get that many slots — last year it was 7-4 or something)

    Yes, this is suspicious. It is also strange that UPenn competed in the southeast region. My heuristic for generating these lists was to assume that:

    1. each region gets 4+ slots and

    2. qualification from combined boards is a prefix.

    GNY did very poorly this year, leading to many ECNA and NENA teams being above the 4th GNY team. I guess that ICPC will not allow 4 slots for GNY, but I'll wait for official information before updating.

    Good luck at NAC! I hope that we will meet again next year :)

      The Mid-Atlantic regional site was full. Because the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and South-Central are all part of the "Greater South" division, we were told to compete at GT as an alternate site.

        Interesting... do you know if your qualification will count as a south-east slot, or as a mid-atlantic slot?

          I believe we count as the 3rd Southeast slot. If we were in one of the wildcard positions, it wouldn't matter which of the three regions we were in.
