I have been trying to get better at codeforces for quite sometime at this point, but I seem to get stopped by some external factors- such as exams and health concerns, but this blog is not about my struggle and problems.
I feel like the A problems for Div2 and Div3 are getting harder. I could never solve the B in a contest, so I don't know about it, but I feel like A problems are getting harder with each contest, but the number of submissions during a live contest are increasing RAPIDLY, when I joined codeforces 9 months ago, there used to be less people submitting during the live contests- is it due to people exploiting AI during contests? Or am I genuinely getting dumber each day?

Yea, I think I'm going through this currently.
dude i was about to make a blog saying the same thing , sometimes when i solve Div2 c in like Rounds before round 800
i feel like if only i started back then i could easily get higher ranks problems were much easier i even could solve some D problems div3 old rounds and Div2 B,C pretty quickly but for Current div2 contests last 3 ones 2 of them i couldnt even understand problem A and theres a recent div2 contest where it took me 30 minutes i think if iam not wrong to solve A sometimes i feel like it might because they're trying to make wording of problems harder and some times i feel its just harder in general in Codeforces Round 1078 (Div. 2) i couldnt even figure out Problem B after trying for an hour i can easily say its harder than 60-80% of past Div2 B Problems and for the latest Div2 problem A this problem is lowkey harder than some Div2B's and Div2C's from past contests (theres more than 5k contestants who couldnt even solve it which is huge for a problem meant to be with a rating 800-1000) but at the end of the day, one can only practice harder and thats what we have to do! good luck in upcoming contests guys!
Personally, I wouldn't say Div2 A's are getting overall harder. I think you are simply getting unlucky. Yesterday's problem A, for example, WAS harder than the usual Div2A, but other Div2s were much, much easier. This is a personal opinion, and it could have been based on how much I've grown since last year

Of course it's getting harder. For example 25C doesn't worth 1900* today. I think the main reason is that making a "good" task is getting harder through the time goes on.
